Years ago, when someone I deeply cared about went through mental health issues, I realised we had a problem with no clear solution. Name it stigma or denial! This led to me realising that no one should be in a helpless situation the way I was with my loved one. Since then, the intricacies of the human mind have intrigued me.

I firmly believe that our mind is significant and it influences our overall well-being, however, most of us tend to underestimate the power it holds. It is the oblivious thinking that I wish to change on my journey.
