I sought coaching after experiencing deep grief from my sister's untimely death and struggling with related family issues. I needed support to navigate my emotions and find a path forward. I signed up for coaching because I had trouble controlling and channelizing my thoughts and I was also feeling guilty of having some of them. It really helped me to understand that negative thoughts were common to everybody and I gained the ability to control and overcome them.

Fear of nightmares, anxiety and anger management brought me to coaching. Coaching taught me how to deal with social relations and tools to deal with the fear of nightmares.

For me, the best part about coaching was drawing my nightmare to understand it better. It was a relief that I was able to talk to Priyanka and find solutions. My sessions gave me the understanding of tools to deal with different situations and helped me handle my challenges better.

I have realised some causes of nightmares and worked on them so I don't get them anymore. A technique that stuck with me was focusing on helpful thoughts by challenging negative thoughts. I am better at my social relationships. I was able to openly talk to Priyanka and find a solution.

I was not in the right state of mind and was feeling lost, which brought me to coaching.

Priyanka is a very positive person. It made me realise that certain things I was going through in my life were not healthy for me and I had to let it go. Talking to her about my problems was not at all difficult. She created a safe space for me to share my problems and helped me with them. The joint session with my mom was my favourite session.

I am trying to implement the things taught to me during my sessions, one of which is to be confident at all times. Sessions with her have been really useful and have changed my way of thinking. It has taught me that you are important and you should keep yourself as a priority.

I finally accepted the fact that the concept of forever is not real and it's okay to let go of people who are not right for you. The counselling has worked for me and met my expectations.

I was going through an emotional struggle while recovering from a severe health issue. I wanted to find ways to let them out and boost my self-confidence to move forward in life. Later on, I was working on my blind spots and bottleneck areas for a career switch.

Coaching was an eye opener where I could realize things which I was carrying from my past were the reasons for the emotional turmoil which arose during my health recovery. Also, I was able to correlate to the areas which needed improvement for a switch in my career.

The best part was the way Priyanka dealt with various concerns. She is very patient in listening to the issues and was spot-on in asking the right questions to interpret the reasons. Short and simple action plans made a lot of impact. This led to improved communication, especially at the work front and family. Clear/clean approach in looking at a problem. A learning that I took away from me was understanding the dynamic conditions and the need to unlearn past experiences as they may not reflect the actual solutions. Sometimes I was looking at things from the past window, which needed to be corrected. The techniques were simple and only needed consistency in practice.

I could come out from the emotional turmoil within a couple of months and return to a normal state of mind. When some of the blindspots were revealed, I am now working on converting them to positive trials. I always feel that Priyanka is one mentor I can connect with whenever I am low or need some direction.

I gained belief in the ability to overcome, break through, strive, and prosper. I am still working on trying to let go of limiting beliefs, such as not asking for what I am worth due to insecurity.

A life-changing event of cancer detection brought me to a psychologist, but also I was drawn to this world just months before detection.

Coaching me has resulted in me gaining more clarity, awareness, decision-making ability, and a better way to express myself and get rid of all the emotional burdens. I would easily get triggered by some situations or words. Now I know how to tackle those triggers. When I revisited my childhood memories, I knew exactly why I am here at this juncture in life, addressing all situations that helped me heal better.

One of my biggest breakthroughs was to love yourself before thinking of anyone else. Nurture and give time to oneself. My conversations with Priyanka helped me understand that I had to let go of certain beliefs and these beliefs were limiting thoughts. One very significant thing this coaching taught me was that when stressed out just take deep breaths, relax and reflect. At least being aware of the change in breath in tension is more than enough. I came with zero expectations, but I intended to reach somewhere better. I didn't know what counselling was before this.
