Relationships rarely struggle because of lack of love. They struggle because negative interaction cycles become stronger than emotional connection. Our couples therapy follows the Gottman Method, a research-based approach developed by Dr. John Gottman and Dr. Julie Gottman, grounded in over four decades of relationship research.
This is a structured, evidence-based process and not an open-ended conversation.
Couples counselling programme begins with a structured 3-session assessment phase. This isn’t a formality but it’s how the work gets accurate. Understanding the relationship before intervening is what separates structured therapy from advice.
Single sessions become available once the assessment phase is complete.
Understanding your shared concerns, relationship history, and conflict patterns.
Exploring individual perspectives, emotional triggers, and experiences.
A structured understanding of the relationship along with a clear plan for repair and growth.
