Relationships rarely struggle because of lack of love. They struggle because negative interaction cycles become stronger than emotional connection. Our couples therapy follows the Gottman Method, a research-based approach developed by Dr. John Gottman and Dr. Julie Gottman, grounded in over four decades of relationship research.
This is a structured, evidence-based process and not an open-ended conversation.
The programme begins with a structured 3-session assessment phase, which helps build a deeper understanding of the relationship before moving into focused discussions.
Single sessions are offered after the 3-session assessment phase, as meaningful relationship work requires continuity.
Understanding your shared concerns, relationship history, and conflict patterns.
Exploring individual perspectives, emotional triggers, and experiences.
A structured understanding of the relationship along with a clear plan for repair and growth.
₹ 3,500 per session | 50–90 minutes | Individual or Joint sessions
Note: Standardised questionnaires or formal assessments are charged separately and are not included in session fees.
