Strong relationships are not just built on love, but on understanding, communication, and the ability to navigate differences with care. Many couples enter marriage with unspoken expectations, assumptions, and patterns they may not yet be aware of.
Our premarital counselling programme provides a space to slow down, reflect, and build clarity before stepping into a lifelong commitment. It follows the Gottman Method, a research-based approach developed by Dr. John Gottman and Dr. Julie Gottman, grounded in over four decades of relationship research.
This is a structured, evidence-based process and not an open-ended conversation.
The programme begins with a structured 3-session assessment phase, which helps build a deeper understanding of the relationship before moving into focused discussions.
Single sessions are offered after the 3-session assessment phase, as meaningful relationship work requires continuity.
Understanding expectations, values, and relationship dynamics.
Exploring individual histories, beliefs, and relational patterns.
Identifying strengths, growth areas, and creating a shared roadmap.
₹ 3,500 per session | 50–90 minutes | Individual or Joint sessions
Note: Standardised questionnaires or formal assessments are charged separately and are not included in session fees.
